1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between kt444 ("we", "us", or "Platform") and each individual who uses the website and related services ("User" or "you").

By using the kt444 website, creating an account, or accessing any service, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

kt444 services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. Creating or using an account by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. Opening an account by providing a false age is a serious violation, and such accounts will be immediately suspended and closed.

2.2 Account Creation Conditions

• Each individual may create only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential.
• Operating an account on behalf of someone else or transferring access to a third party is prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification

kt444 may request additional documents (national ID, passport, etc.) for identity verification at any time. We reserve the right to put withdrawal processing on hold until identity is confirmed.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kt444 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). No methods outside this list are accepted.

3.2 Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 for each method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Maximum transaction limits depend on the account tier and verification status, and are subject to change.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, identity verification or additional security reviews may extend this time.

3.4 Illegal Funds

Using funds from suspicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized sources will result in immediate account suspension, and the relevant authorities may be notified.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

kt444 offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; deposit ৳32,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• An account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
• After claiming a bonus, wagering must be completed within the specified time, otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.
• If multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household claim a bonus from the same device or IP address, the bonus will be cancelled.
• kt444 reserves the right to modify the terms of promotional offers.
• Bonuses may only be used against real-money bets.

5. VIP Program & Cashback

kt444's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier upgrades are determined automatically based on the user's activity and history. The specific terms of cashback benefits are described on the promotions page and are subject to change.

6. Prohibited Activities & Usage Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kt444 platform:

• Any fraudulent activity, software bots, automated betting systems, or manipulation tools.
• Attempting to hack accounts, phishing, or stealing another user's information.
• Money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Exploiting technical bugs or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving rudely toward other users.
• Operating an account for the benefit of a third party or being part of a professional betting syndicate.

If any of the above violations are detected, the relevant account will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited.

7. Fair Play & Security

• Indirect financial losses due to service interruptions.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may close their account at any time by requesting the support team. All pending withdrawals will be processed before closure.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by kt444

kt444 may suspend or close any account without prior notice upon detecting a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of unfair advantages. Account balances may be forfeited in cases of violations.

12. Service Changes & Interruptions

kt444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance or upgrades, for which advance notice will be provided where possible.

Active users will be notified by email when new games, payment methods, or services are added, or when existing services are discontinued.

13. Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law

If resolution through negotiation is not possible, the dispute will be settled through arbitration. The principles of international commercial law will apply to the interpretation and enforcement of this agreement.

14. Entire Agreement & Severability Clause

These Terms constitute the entire legal agreement between kt444 and the user and supersede all prior written or verbal understandings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as severable from the rest of the Terms, and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.

Any delay or failure by kt444 to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
